Imagine a Highland piper to greet you, a candlelit ceremony,
mulled wine and hot toddies, roaring fires, and a Ceilidh dance to celebrate
– what could be more romantic than a winter wedding?
We have three very reasonably priced Winter Wedding packages for groups
of 30 to 60 guests, with or without accommodation, which are available
during October, November, January, February and March.
Exclusive Use Winter Wedding
The package includes the exclusive use of the hotel from 5:30pm until
8:00am the following morning, all thirty bedrooms on a bed and breakfast
basis for the night and the use of a function room for the civil ceremony.
Following the ceremony guests enjoy a Mulled Wine or Winter Pimms drinks
reception in the cosy Drawing Room, followed by the wedding breakfast
with wine (half a bottle per guest), and Sparkling Wine for the toast.
Following the wedding breakfast, continue into your Evening Reception
in the Library, letting off Chinese lanterns outside, and ending the evening
with bacon butties!
All of this, as an inclusive package for 60 guests, costs £11,500.
Winter Wedding for 30 (with accomodation)
If you’re looking for a smaller wedding, but would still like to have
your guests stay at Swinton Park, this package may be just for you.
This package is for up to 30 guests, and includes 15 bedrooms for the
wedding night, on a bed & breakfast basis. Your ceremony would take place
in the Panelled room, followed by a drinks reception of Winter Pimms or
Mulled Wine in the Private Sitting Room and Lower Hall.
Your wedding breakfast, including half a bottle of wine per guest, and
a sparkling wine toast would take place in the Library. Following your
wedding breakfast, your guests would then move back through to the Panelled
Room for a casino evening, with bacon butties for all! Towards the end
of the night, you will be taken outside to let off Chinese lanterns against
the backdrop of the magnificent Turret.
The inclusive price for this package, for up to 30 guests is £7,000
Winter Wedding for 30 (without accomodation)
If you’re looking for a smaller wedding, but don’t necessarily require
accommodation for all your guests, then this package would be most suitable.
This package includes everything from the ‘Wedding for 30’ package to
the left, however accommodation is only included for the Bride and Groom
for one evening. Should any of your guests require accommodation, special
rates can be provided for your guests, and they can book directly with
the hotel.
The inclusive price for this package, for up to 30 guests, is £4,500

Winter Glow Bride Package
On your wedding day we want you to look absolutely beautiful and with
our Winter Bride package we can ensure that you are glowing on your special
day.
Prior to your wedding, prepare your face wtih a [comfort zone] Absolute
Pearl facial which immediately brightens and tones your winter skin. Your
body can then be given a sun kissed look with a full body He-Shi spray
tan in a choice of two shades. To complete your pre-wedding preparation,
a Jessica GELeration standard manicure will leave your hands perfectly
ready to display your new wedding ring.
On the big day our make up therapist will come to your room and apply
your chosen wedding make-up to complete your perfect bridal look.
