The whole day went without fault and was not only perfect to myself and Neil but also for all of our guests. We can not begin to thank you enough for all the work you did in helping make our day happen. All your recommendations (photographer, florist, fireworks company etc etc) were all amazing. Andy and Gill were just fantastic, we never noticed them there but were as much a part of our wedding as all our guests. And they are so lovely!! The flowers were beautiful and added that little bit of magic to the already beautiful rooms at Swinton Park. And the fireworks really were the icing on the cake!! I also can't say enough about your team there. All the staff were fantastic, so polite and kind. They were always in the background - never seen but always there when they were needed. Everything we required was always provided for without question or stress. So please on our behalf say a huge thank you to them all from us!! And lastly, none of it would have been possible without you! You were just amazing and we are both so pleased that you were there to share our special day and see all your hard work in action. Throughout the entire process you have been wonderful, taking us novices through step by step and making the whole thing easy. It just couldn't have gone any smoother on the day and to be honest this was one thing that both myself an Neil were never worried about. .We thought Swinton Park was a perfect setting and a lovely place for the wedding. Throughout the day the service and support we were given all helped to make the day memorable and one we will look back on with such happiness for a long time. We thought the ceremony with the Registrar was perfectly done. Everything was wonderful! The food you provided was delicious and so well prepared, from the canape's to the wedding breakfast meal itself and lastly those marvellous bacon sandwiches! It was all so well done. We would like to say a massive thank you to Swinton Park, and in particular yourself for such a lovely day. Everything far exceeded our expectations and our guests had nothing but praise for your staff and venue. We hope the flowers found their way to you, as they were again, a massive thank you for all the assistance you have given us over the past year or so, and your patience in what must have appeared to be daily badgering via Email. ''Swinton Park is a truly wonderful venue. It is every girls dream to have a fairy tale wedding and your hotel really helped us to achieve this. I cannot give praise enough to the staff that made sure that everything was perfect from start to finish, even the young chap who brought me breakfast on the morning of my wedding demonstrated superb customer service skills, something which is very hard to find these days. Could you please pass my thanks onto Hannah who for the past 12 months worked with my husband and I to ensure our perfect day. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Hannah, a truly professional person who not only seems to work extremely hard but genuinely enjoys her role (something else which is very hard to come by these days). Swinton Park is very lucky to have her, please don't ever let this wonderful person go. A big thank you to Eric the Toastmaster also. My husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy the day knowing that everything was taken care of with Eric on the case. I would also like to comment on the superb standard of the food. I have yet to come across a wedding breakfast with such a high quality of excellence when catering for a large amount of people. Swinton Park certainly delivered in this area. One last thing I would like to mention is the small personal touches that made the day a really magical experience. All our guests commented on the high standard of the rooms and the small personal touches such as lip balm on the beds and the soft music playing when finally retreating to the rooms, not to mention the complimentary Gin & Whiskey which went down extremely well. Our only regret is that we cannot repeat this experience but we will most certainly return for our anniversary and any other special events your amazing hotel holds. ‘The appeal to us was that it’s a hotel that doesn’t
feel like a hotel but, more importantly, despite the grandeur its an incredibly
relaxing place. In our experience its rare to get a top class venue with
such a relaxed feel. This is entirely down to the staff; Swintons real
strength. All the staff, without exception, managed to strike a balance
between being professional, friendly and informal, and yet provide superb
service. We came with high expectations. We were always aware of the danger
that we’d built the weekend up beforehand into something that couldn’t
be matched, but we needn’t have worried. From beginning to end the
weekend exceeded our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble; all we
had to do was ask, and in the majority of cases we didn’t even have
to do that’

‘Hannah, what can we say!! Absolutely perfect, well done! Everyone
