2014 Spring Weddings at Swinton Park
During the beautiful months of March and April, we are offering you the chance to marry amid the romantic spring flowers of Swinton Park. Imagine a stylish ceremony and wedding celebrations in the elegant surroundings of Swinton Park’s formal reception rooms – with drifts of daffodils, woodland bluebell groves and rolling landscapes providing stunning settings for photographs in the parkland.
This very special package, giving you private use of the castle and grounds, is available for a limited selection of dates during March and April 2014.
Spring Castle Wedding
The Spring Wedding package includes private use of the castle from 5.30pm until 8.00am the following morning, with all 32 bedrooms (accommodating 64 guests) on a bed and breakfast basis for the night and an elegant reception room for the civil ceremony – including a romantic dove release at the end.
After the ceremony your guests will enjoy a Pimms or sparkling wine drinks reception, while you make the most of the beautiful spring parkland as a background for photographs. Your wedding breakfast will be served in the ornate Samuel’s Restaurant, with large windows overlooking the glorious views. You will be served a three-course menu inclusive of wine (half a bottle per guest), with the services of a professional toastmaster to lead the guests in a toast to the Bride and Groom with sparkling wine before inviting you to cut your cake.
Following the wedding breakfast, the party will move through to the Library for your evening reception, where you will round off the night with tasty bacon butties.
A menu tasting and bridal make up trial are also included, so you can be sure all the details will be perfect on the day.
All the above, as an inclusive package for 60 guests, costs £13,000
