From the moment you enter the grounds you are taken away with the beautiful
grounds and the sight of the hotel in the background sets it apart from
any hotel we have used. The service when you walk into reception sets
the standard for the rest of the time we are here. Nothing is left to
chance, staff are happy to please and go out of there way to ensure your
stay is perfect. You are not short of activities to choose from and the
spa is a must for both men and women. From the start to the end of our
visit you see nothing but looks of joy from all that are using the hotel.
Calling it a hotel does not do it justice and as a venue for a meeting
or conference will ensure your guests go away with that pampered feeling
and will never be forgotten. We have a number of departments that use
this venue from all over the country and will continue to do so.
February 2010 (Conference)
I can truthfully say that Swinton Park is unique. We wanted to assemble
a 2-day team challenge that was different from the "run of the mill" things
available. You helped us by giving us access to amazing parkland, which
is incredibly versatile in terms of what it can be used for, introduced
us to the wonderful Sarah Kreuzer , who is now an integral part of our
management development programme with her "outside the box" approach to
horses and people development, designed a time -management programme around
the cookery school which gained really high scores from delegates in terms
of relevance, interest and creativity and provided us with first class
accommodation with wonderful food and wine.
I felt an inner peace each morning as I awoke to see the deer down by
the river and the sun rising over Wensleydale - knowing that I would start
my day with a superb Swinton Park breakfast and end it in the most comfortable
bed I have ever slept in following an exquisite dinner. You represent
outstanding value for money in terms of venue and facilities. The final
touch for me is that your staff are organised, efficient, approachable
and very helpful. They clearly love the place and have huge loyalty that
can only be engendered by good management and an environment in which
personal satisfaction from good service can flourish.
February 2010 (Team Building)
Just wanted to let you know after many successful events that we have
held at Swinton Park since 2007 I have just booked another offsite meeting
for March 2010. As ever my enquiry was dealt with by your staff both efficiently,
professionally and promptly which makes life so much easier for me the
organiser!! The hotel is the perfect venue, the accommodation is amazing
and the service is always second to none, so much so that I have built
up close contacts and friendships with the staff over the past few years.
Most of the attendees to the event in March have never been to Swinton
Park and I am very much looking forward to them enjoying the experience
as much as I am looking forward to another visit.

I have been organising conferences for XXXX Ltd for the last thirteen
years and until 2007 we had visited a different venue each year. When
we held our first conference at Swinton Park in 2007 we were extremely
impressed with everything about the hotel. The Hotel and rooms are amazing,
I don't think there is a small room in the entire hotel, the staff are
extremely helpful and friendly and the delegate rate compared to most
of our previous venues was and still is very competitive.
It is all of the above which has led us to re-book every year without
even considering alternative venues. We have just finished our 2010 conference
and have already booked for 2011. I'd like to thank everyone at Swinton
Park for the attention to detail and service which makes our stay so enjoyable.

We have been recommending Back to Nature to colleagues here as it was
a truly memorable team bonding experience, and very different to any other
events that any of my team have experienced before. Chris was incredibly
knowledgeable, but also great company, and that combined with the wonderful
