Our chef, Simon Crannage, enjoys an enviable reputation for the quality of the food served at Samuel's. Swinton Park's 3 AA rosette Restaurant. The emphasis is on seasonal and local produce (with fruit, vegetables and herbs from the hotel's walled garden), and the menus change accordingly. Estate venison, rabbit, smoked trout and game are a few examples of the ingredients available.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 until 10.00am, Lunch from 12.30 until
2.00pm, and Dinner from 7.00 until 9.30pm (Sunday to Thursday) and
10.00 on Fridays and Saturdays. We strongly recommend that guests
reserve tables for lunch and dinner.
The restaurant is closed for lunch on Mondays and Tuesdays, save
where a booking is made for a table of 8 or more guests. The bar
menu, with light snacks and main meals, is available at lunchtimes
throughout the week.
