The Castle Menu offers a”brasserie” style of cuisine, a lighter and less formal style of cooking from our Samuel’s Restaurant Dinner Menu. The Castle Menu changes regularly in accordance with the ingredients available and passing of the seasons, and is available for lunch or dinner every day of the week.
This can be served in the Bar or on the Terrace (in summer months), in the Drawing Room or Private Sitting Room, or as Room Service.
