Yorkshire Garden and Castle Tours

Garden Tours

We would be very happy to organise a guide to talk you around some of the award winning gardens in the local area. The cost of a guide, giving a evening introductory talk and a day's guiding is approximately £100 per person. A typical two night package would be along these lines :

• First day : early evning talk about the gardens and local plants commonly found in the area.
• Second day : guided tour to include Constable Burton gardens, Thorp Perrow Aboretum. Dinner in hotel.
• Third day : free time for a morning walk around the four acre walled garden, and the lakes and woodland in the parkland at at Swinton Park before check out.

Castle Tours

We are very happy to organise a guide to take you on a tour of the historic castles in the local area. The cost of a guide, giving a evening introductory talk and a day's guiding is approximately £100 per person. A typical two night package would be along these lines :

• First day, check in after 2 p.m. Evening talk followed by dinner in hotel.
• Second day guided tour to include Bolton Castle, Middleham Castle and Richmond Castle.
• Third day free time for a morning walk around the house and grounds of Swinton Park before check out.
