We have a very busy programme of events for hotel guests and non-residents at Swinton Park, running throughout 2011. These include :

Themed Lunch and Dining Experiences - such as Falconry Display and Wine Appreciation lunches, Chef's Table and Sunday Masterclass Lunches
Family Events - such as Children's Activity Days, Family Falconry and Nature Days, Mother's and Father's Days, Easter Egg Hunting, Halloween and Santa at Swinton
Garden & Parkland Events - such as Orchid Lunches, Garden Lunches, Garden Design Days, Hunter Gatherer Days and Art Courses in the grounds
Spa Events - with Wellness Days, Spa Taster Days, Spa Lunch, and Two for One Tuesdays
Alfresco Walking Food Festivals - with a culinary trail in the grounds, alfresco kitchens, cookery demonstrations, hands on cooking, andcountryside and family activities.

Ones that might be of particular interest in 2011 are the masterclasses run by Richard Townsend on game, the masterclasses run by Susan Cunliffe-Lister on The Kitchen Garden : Grow and Cook Your Own, and the Wild About Food foraging courses. New for 2011 are our evening Sushi Dinners and our Sushi for Beginners day courses.

Don't forget there are themed Special Breaks throughout the year such as Romance Breaks, Gourmet Weekends, Spa, Racing, Golf and Walking Breaks.

If you are interested in exploring the local area, remember that you can purchase a two day Yorkshire Pass from us, which gives you admission for over 70 attractions throughout Yorkshire, a guidebook and some excellent special offers in shops and restaurants. The two day pass costs £42.00 (adult) and £22.00 (child) - if you visit four attractions a day this would amount to a saving of £25.70. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a Pass.
