*Where a guest is attending a residential cookery course, a partner/friend can stay at the hotel and enjoy complimentary bed and breakfast during the course. What’s Included

The Residential Courses include afternoon tea on arrival, bed and breakfast in the hotel on two nights, two days of tuition (spread over three days), with dinner and lunch each day served in the Cookery School Dining Room, and wine served at all meals. Refreshments are served during the cooking sessions.

The Day Courses include an extended morning’s tuition, and a late lunch with wine served in the Cookery School Dining Room (apart from Wild About Food where the demonstration meal is served in at the Demonstration Table). Refreshments are served during the cooking sessions.

The Curry Club involves a short demonstration with some hands on opportunities, followed by dinner served at the Demonstration Table. Wine and Beer are available to order on the evening. Guests staying at the hotel on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package can attend the Curry Club as an alternative to dinner in the restaurant at the same package price.

The Sushi Dinners involve a short introduction to Japanese food, a cookery demonstration and some hands on opportunities. Guests are then served sushi as it is prepared for them at the demonstration table. Saki tasting and miso soup are also included in the experience. Japanese beer, and green tea are available to order on the evening. Guests staying at the hotel on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast package can attend a Sushi Dinner as an alternative to dinner in the restaurant at the same package price.

The Children’s Cookery Courses involve demonstration and hands on cooking, followed by a light lunch served at the Demonstration Table.

The Christmas in a Box afternoon course involves hands on cooking throughout the course, with refreshments. A three course meal for six guests is prepared, ready for the freezer. Additional servings need to be booked in advance, at a cost of £15 per person.

The Masterclass Demonstration Courses include two hours of demonstration, with refreshments, and a three course lunch served at the Demonstration Table with wine.

The Bite Sized Demonstration Courses include a half hour of demonstration served with coffee or tea during a morning course, or a glass of wine at the pre-dinner courses.
