Join John Rogers for a weekend course that offers the opportunity to enjoy the facilities of the hotel and also more time to cover more skills and cooking styles than on a day course. The weekend starts on a Friday with two cooking sessions and a mid afternoon tea break (2.00 - 4.30pm and 5.00 - 7.30pm) that then lead into dinner, and then all of Saturday morning is also spent cooking with the course culminating with a very late lunch.
The style of cooking on offer will be Modern British, with a focus on seasonal ingredients sourced from the hotel’s four acre walled garden, 20,000 acre estate or nearby Yorkshire countryside.
Priced at only £375 per room, this includes FREE accommodation and breakfast in the hotel for a non-cooking partner or friend, who can also join the course for dinner on the Friday night (£45) and/or lunch on the Saturday (£30). For two guests sharing a room who both want to attend the course the rate of £750 applies.
