A non-refundable 50% deposit needs to be paid to confirm a booking. The balance of the course fee is due eight weeks before commencement of the course.
All courses have to be paid for in advance to confirm a booking. Where a course is booked as part of an accommodation package, this also needs to be paid for in advance.
Where guests have a voucher for a course, confirmation of a booking cannot be made until the hotel is in receipt of the voucher.
In the event of cancellation no later than 16 weeks prior to the start of the course, the deposit will be repaid. The 50% deposit will not be refunded if a course is cancelled between 16 and 12 weeks prior to the course start date. The balance of the course charge will be payable if a course is cancelled later than 12 weeks prior to the course start date.
In the event of cancellation no later than 16 weeks prior to the start of the course, a refund of the course fee will be paid. If a course is cancelled by a guest between 16 and 12 weeks prior to the course date, a 50% refund of the course fee will be paid. No refund will be paid in the event of cancellation within 12 weeks of the course date.
