Day Courses

Please note that if you would like to book accommodation in conjunction with a Day Course at the cookery school, preferential bed and breakfast rates are available with a complimentary upgrade of room (but at the time of booking the course only). Please note that for some Saturday night bookings a minimum two night booking is required and that for all Saturday night bookings a dinner, bed and breakfast rate will apply.

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Bookings
If you have a room booked at the hotel that includes dinner, we are able to take bookings for a Chef's Table, Sushi Dinner or Curry Club as an alternative to dinner in the restaurant.

John Rogers Weekend Course

Please note that accommodation (bed and breakfast) in the hotel is included in the cost of the John Rogers Weekend Course, and that included in the room rate is COMPLIMENTARY bed and breakfast for a non-cooking partner or friend.

Rosemary Shrager Courses

A special bed and breakfast rate of from £105 (per room/night) is available to guests who are booked on a Rosemary Shrager course and would like to stay in the hotel. This special rate is available to accommodation bookings made at the time of the cookery course being booked. A single occupancy rate is not available. We cannot guarantee accommodation if it is not booked at the time of booking a place on the cookery course.

Spa Treatments Discount
For guests attending any of the cookery courses in 2012 we will be delighted to offer a 10% discount off any spa treatments booked during your stay.
