Gourmet Weekends 2015

Explore the Wines of the World

Gourmet Weekends at Swinton Park showcase some of the world’s great wine regions. Expert speakers and some of today’s finest wine makers will share their knowledge, passion and – most importantly – their wines with us, complemented by gourmet menus reflecting their ‘terroir’.

This package is available either as a one night or two night weekend. Each evening commences with a tutored tasting led by a leading wine maker or expert speaker, followed by pre-dinner drinks and a four-course gourmet menu to complement a flight of featured wines introduced by our visiting experts.

On Saturdays, our visiting experts lead an optional programme, available to all guests, of talks and tastings from the featured area, together with a cookery demonstration of dishes chosen to complement the wines by Michelin-trained chef, Stephen Bulmer.
