Discover the secrets of making the perfect Sunday lunch with Michelin-trained chef Stephen Bulmer, Includes home made bread, two classic roasts and two delicious puddings. Once the hard work in the kitchen is done, sit down to enjoy your delicious Sunday lunch.

Partners are welcome to join the class for lunch @ £35 per person (pre-booking essential).

Fishcakes with Salsa Verde

Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding and Roast Chicken, Seasonal Vegetables

Seasonal Tart or Crumble ‘Chef’s Style’

Techniques included are:

  • How to tell when meat is cooked
  • How to get all the elements ready at the same time
