Teenagers Cookery Skills, Intermediate – Day Course

This course for older (15+ yrs) teenage cooks will enable them to improve their technical skills and expand their recipe repertoire, as Maggie leads them through a seasonal menu.
Very competent teenage cooks are welcome to attend Adult courses.

‘Alfresco and Picnic Food’
- Quinoa & feta salad with roasted vegetables
- Pinwheel pizzas
- Cold meatloaf with squashed tomato & pepper salsa
- Scotch egg pasties
- Salted caramel brownies
- Little strawberry cheesecakes
