As is typical in the Middle East, dishes are not plated for individual serving, but presented on large platters for sharing. Dishes typically include:

Flat Breads

Iman Bayeldi with Grilled Halloumi

Prawns with Sumac, Pistachio Dukkah, Tahini Sauce

Pheasant Pastilla

Slow-Baked Sweet Onions with Zatar Butter, Parsnip Purée

Roast Aubergine with Saffron Yoghurt
