If you haven’t cooked much before, this course will teach you the basic culinary techniques that will enable you to prepare a range of simple, delicious dishes and seasonal variations.
Dishes covered in this course typically include:
Seasonal Vegetable Soup
Pan-Fried Salmon with Spinach and Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Fruit Crumble with Crème Chantilly
Techniques included are:
- Knife skills
- Vegetable preparation
