Duration: Half Day
For those who have been on a beginners course, or had enough experience in the kitchen to be able to cook with confidence and manage simple tasks unaided. The course will inspire a keen, young chef to try more complex techniques and explore a broader range of recipe themes. Morning (10am – 1.30pm) or afternoon (3pm – 6.30pm) sessions. Children will eat what they cook on the class.
Very competent junior cooks are welcome to attend Teenage full day courses
