Designed to build confidence in the kitchen, learning techniques children can try at home including bread making and basic knife skills. Morning session with lunch, or afternoon session with tea.

Theme: ‘Viva Mexico!’

  • Flour Tortillas
  • Chicken Fajitas with Guacamole and Salsa
  • Ham and Cheese Quesadilla
  • Chilli Chocolate

 

Morning or afternoon sessions. Children will eat what they cook on the class.

Morning Class: 10am – 1.30pm
Afternoon Class: 3pm – 6.30pm

Please advise any special dietary needs at time of booking (spicy ingredients optional or can be substituted.) The above dishes are representative of the recipes taught on this cookery course.
