From ‘Lemon Kisses’ for Valentine’s Day, to ‘Mummies’ Fingers’ for Hallowe’en, Maggie Harvey’s inventive courses are seasonally themed for each half term and school holidays, giving your little darlings a new range of tasty treats to create each time they visit.
This course is designed to build confidence in the kitchen, teaching techniques children can try at home, including basic knife skills. Morning (10am – 1.30pm) or afternoon session (3pm – 6.30pm). Children will eat what they cook in the class.
Dishes for February Half Term typically include:
Herbed Goat Cheese & Summer Vegetable Tarts
Pizza Pasta Salad
Summer Fruit Drizzle Cake
Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
Very competent junior cooks are welcome to attend Teenager courses.
