Designed to build confidence in the kitchen, learning techniques children can try at home including basic knife skills. Morning session with lunch, or afternoon session with tea.

Lemon cake with home-made lemon curd & cream filling
Ginger lemon fizz

Adult are welcome to join the class for lunch/tea with Pimm’s £8.50 per person (pre-booking essential).

Morning Class: 10am – 1.30pm
Afternoon Class: 3pm – 6.30pm

Please advise any special dietary needs at time of booking (spicy ingredients optional or can be substituted.) The above dishes are representative of the recipes taught on this cookery course. However, Swinton Park Cookery School reserve the right to change any or all of these dishes, as circumstances require.
