Pre Dinner Entertainment and Dining Experiences
Make it an evening to remember, with pre-dinner cocktails served to you at the demonstration table in the cookery school. Our mixologist, Ben Botham, will demystify the art of making a perfect cocktail and let you in on a few tricks of the trade. Every member of the group can also have a go at mixing their own cocktail â€“ either one of the old classics or one of Benâ€™s more recent creations.

Pre-DinnerÂ Cookery Demonstrations
Relax with a pre-dinner glass of prosecco while you enjoyÂ the theatre of a 20 minute cookery demonstration in the cookery school. Watch and be entertained as Michelin-trainedÂ Cookery School Chef Director Stephen Bulmer prepares some delicious seasonal dishesÂ for you all to taste, while your guests relax and soak up the atmosphereÂ around the demonstration table.

Chef’s Table Dining Experiences
Our Chefâ€™s Table demonstration dining experience is hosted by the Cookery School Chef Director, Stephen Bulmer, formerly of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, who has worked at Michelin restaurants allÂ over the world.
Guests will be able to enjoy the unique experience of seeing an expert at work, whilst at the same time being able to savour a delicious meal in the relaxed and informal surroundings of the cookery school demonstration kitchen. What is unique about the Chefâ€™s Table at Swinton Park is thatÂ Steve will be cooking for these select guests and no other, without any of the usual distractions found in a commercial kitchen. The guests will have his undivided attention and will be able to converse with him throughout the evening should they choose, with plenty of tips and suggestions up his sleeve for those wanting to take some home with them.
The evening will start with an introduction byÂ Steve to the ingredients selected for that eveningâ€™s meal and the dishes he will be preparing, during which time champagne and canapĂ©s will be served.Â Steve will then demonstrate each course as the guests observe, which will then be served to them at the demonstration table.
The dining experience costs ÂŁ360 for 8 guests, with a maximum number of 10 guests attending (ÂŁ45 for each additional guest). Drinks are not included in this package price.
