Conference and event bookers who place business at Swinton Park are highly valued guests, and we appreciate the critical role that they play as they work with us “behind the scenes” to make every conference and event a success.
In recognition of this we offer rewards to bookers, based on the value of bookings placed which we assess on a quarterly basis. The rewards available range from a dinner for two to a two night stay with dinner on both nights, and we send bookers vouchers for these rewards for them to redeem at a convenient time.
Standard Special Offers and Discounts
Conference Discounts :
- Free meeting room for two hours if you book lunch for 4 or more guests (refreshments an additional charge).
- Complimentary pre-dinner drink for all bookings of 12 or more 24 hour delegates; OR
- Complimentary spa treatment for the organiser of all conference bookings of 12 or more guests
Corporate Discounts :
Reduced room rates are available to corporate bookings, please contact us to advise of the number of rooms you require. Rates are further discounted in January and February.

Thank goodness the sun has now come out and we seem to have finally put winter behind us! The Parkland has burst into bloom with clouds of blossom and a colourful carpet of daffodils and bluebells around the trees.
The Walled Garden is also getting going, with bright tulips swaying in the breeze and home grown asparagus bursting forth. Asparagus is at its most delicious when eaten closest to home, so dishes featuring home-grown asparagus are now on all our menus, including the bar and lounge. The garden furniture is out and soon it will be time for afternoon teas on the lawn and evening drinks on the terrace at sunset. English summertime at it’s best.
