Introduction
The function rooms at Swinton Park cater for a wide range of events, meetings, dinners and parties. From a board meeting in one of the turret rooms to a company presentation in the library (seating up to 120), we are able to offer top of the range facilities, within the splendour of our traditional surroundings and superb location. All rooms enjoy sweeping views over the surrounding parkland and are light and airy, decorated in a quietly traditional style. Blackout facilities are available in all rooms. Complimentary WiFi access to the internet is available in all ground floor public rooms in the hotel.
Our Meeting & Business Event Options page gives details of the range of services we offer, together with room hire charges and rates. It also lists the wide range of activities we can offer to groups.
With 200 acres of parkland, a 20,000 acre estate and extensive on- site facilities including a cookery school and bird of prey centre, we are able to offer a tailor made package of events for both team building and as incentives – further details are given here at our Cookery School and Team Building and Incentives page. If you are wanting to experience something truly unique, why not look at our Something Completely Different page, for details of packages designed to inspire such as Alfresco Dining, Farmyard Adventure, Bicycle Polo and our new Back To Nature bushcraft and wild food courses.
Please go to the Function Room page for details about the room, images, dimensions and layout. The layout of the whole of the ground floor and the first floor function rooms is also given at the Layout & Capacities page.

The Walled Garden is also getting going, with bright tulips swaying in the breeze and home grown asparagus bursting forth. Asparagus is at its most delicious when eaten closest to home, so dishes featuring home-grown asparagus are now on all our menus, including the bar and lounge. The garden furniture is out and soon it will be time for afternoon teas on the lawn and evening drinks on the terrace at sunset. English summertime at it’s best.
Please click here if you are making plans for 2013 and want to see our Events and Activities Calendar to book a cookery course, themed lunch or family event.
