Our Delegate Rates (which apply to bookings of 5 delegates or more), Exclusive Use rates and Room Hire rates are below, but please note our current special offers which are as follows :

24 hour Standard rate : From £150 + VAT per delegate (Total £180) which includes :

Unlimited tea, coffee & biscuits
Lunch (either hot & cold buffet lunch, working lunch or a two course lunch in Samuel's restaurant dependent on group size)
Conference room hire for 24 hours of stay
Three course dinner
Accommodation
Full English Breakfast
Use of spa facilities and gym (on advance booking)

24 hour Executive rate : From £175 + VAT per delegate (Total £210) which includes:

Tea, coffee & hot pastries on arrival
Assortment of chilled drinks and confectionery throughout the meeting
Lunch (either hot & cold buffet lunch, working lunch or a two course lunch in Samuel's restaurant dependent on group size)
Tea, coffee and cakes in the afternoon
Conference room hire for the 24 hours of stay
Business folder for each delegate
Champagne reception before dinner (one glass per person)
Three course dinner with cheese course followed by coffee
Night cap before bed (house Brandy, Port or Liqueur)
Deluxe Bedroom
Exclusive Jo Malone products in bedroom
Full English Breakfast
Use of Spa facilities and exercise room (must be booked in advance)

Day Delegate rate : From £25 + VAT per delegate (Total £30) and this includes :

Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits
Lunch (either hot & cold buffet lunch, working lunch or a two course lunch in Samuel's restaurant dependent on group size)
8 hours of conference room hire

Executive Day Delegate Rate : From £42 + VAT per delegate (Total £50.40) and this includes all of the day delegate features but also the additional upgrades :

Tea, coffee and hot pastries on arrival
Assortment of chilled drinks and confectionery throughout the meeting
Tea and cakes in the afternoon
Two hours of free Wireless Internet access for each delegate Complimentary drink in the bar after the meeting

Exclusive Use Rates

For a real sense of occasion, have the run of the hotel by taking exclusive use of the castle and grounds. This would give you the opportunity to tailor an event to suit your every requirement in your very own style.
Exclusive use events include accommodation and breakfast for all 30 double/twin bedrooms, and use of all the hotel’s rooms, facilities and grounds. The bedrooms would be available for check in from 3.00pm onwards, with exclusivity of the castle starting at 5.30pm and ending after breakfast on the following morning. One night exclusive events can be booked Sunday through to Friday, with a two night stay required for most Saturday night bookings.

Conference Discounts :

Free meeting room for two hours if you book lunch for 4 or more guests (refreshments an additional charge).
Complimentary pre-dinner drink for all bookings of 12 or more 24 hour delegates
Complimentary spa treatment for the organiser of all conference bookings of 12 or more guests

Corporate Discounts :

Reduced room rates are available to corporate bookings, please contact us to advise of the number of rooms you require. Rates are further discounted in January and February.
