The delegate rates are as follows :
24 hour Standard rate : £195 per delegate which includes :
Unlimited tea, coffee & biscuits Lunch (either hot & cold buffet lunch,
working lunch or a two course lunch in Samuel's restaurant dependent on
group size)
Conference room hire for 24 hours of stay
Three course dinner
Accommodation
Full English Breakfast Use of spa facilities and gym (on advance booking)
24 hour Executive rate : £230 per delegate which includes all of the 24 hour rate features but also the additional upgrades :
Assortment of chilled drinks & confectionery throughout the meeting
Tea, coffee and cakes in the afternoon
Business folder for each delegate
Two hours free Wireless Internet access for each delegate
Champagne reception before dinner (1 glass per person)
Additional cheese course at dinner followed by coffee Night cap before
bed (house brandy, port or liqueur)
Deluxe bedroom
Exclusive Jo Malone products in bedroom
Day Delegate rate : £55 per delegate and this includes :
Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits
Lunch (either hot & cold buffet lunch, working lunch or a two course lunch
in Samuel's restaurant dependent on group size)
8 hours of conference room hire
Executive Day Delegate Rate : £75 per delegate and this includes all of the day delegate features but also the additional upgrades :
Tea, coffee and hot pastries on arrival
Assortment of chilled drinks and confectionery throughout the meeting
Tea and cakes in the afternoon
Two hours of free Wireless Internet access for each delegate Complimentary
drink in the bar after the meeting
Sunday Night accommodation
If you want your delegates to arrive on a Sunday night and enjoy the hotel's facilities before a Monday meeting, a special single occupancy rate of £95 per room or £135 for a room and dinner is available, or £110 per room or £175 for a room and dinner for double occupancy.
Additional Meeting Rooms : £150 per day
This includes the use of the room and facilities

Single mid week occupancy room rates start at £130 per room.
Rates of £110 per room apply to all bookings of 5 or more rooms during January and February 09 (excluding the Valentines period)
