Bar Tender

We are looking for an individual with great communication skills to join our Food & Beverage team as Bar Tender. Do you have ambition, charisma and a desire to deliver excellence with a positive can do attitude?

This is a full time position and the successful applicant for this role will ensure that they act with integrity at all times by knowing the hotel and understanding the products we sell to our valued guests, deliver excellence by demonstrating a service attitude that exceeds expectations, have the ambition to continuously improve and be able to show that they care by consistently putting their colleagues and guests first.


We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team at Swinton Park. 

We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Experience within a customer facing role would be preferable but not essential as full training is provided. HR Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly and passionate HR Coordinator to join our People team at a time of organisational development and change. You’ll look forward to working within a small close-knit team, but also assisting in other areas of the business when required to ensure that you have a full knowledge of how all areas operate and giving you the confidence and enthusiasm to get stuck in wherever needed.

You’ll assist with all general HR administration, and play a vital role in making sure we give our candidates a great recruitment and new starter experience in a consistent and professional manner.

On the recruitment side, your juggling skills will be put to the test. You’ll coordinate job descriptions, run advertising campaigns, organise interviews/assessments, CV sift, and collect and deliver feedback to candidates where necessary. You’ll also help with creating and maintaining our employer brand presence.

Maintenance Assistant

We are recruiting an experienced multi skilled Maintenance assistant to join our team, you must have good electrical, plumbing & carpentry experience, Experience working within a hotel or similar accommodation would be an advantage.

  • Offering assistance to customers with minor problems, e.g. lighting fires, water heaters etc.
  • Ensuring the Health and Safety of all guests on park.
  • Responding to maintenance issues/repairs in a timely manner.
  • Checking routinely unoccupied Holiday Homes to ensure they are maintained,
  • Carrying out Holiday Home repairs within the allocated time and to the highest of standard

Bivouac – Bistro Cook

We are looking for a passionate individual for this fantastic opportunity as a dedicated and committed Bistro Cook, to join the team at our Bivouac Glamping Site & café, with the chance to cook with some of the best fresh local produce.  

We have a full time position available serving a mixture of breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner, home baking and some events catering may also be involved. The job will involve some weekend work. 

It is important that applicants to this position are dedicated and willing to learn new skills and have a desire to develop within our business.

Room Attendant (PT)

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our friendly housekeeping team. The successful candidate must have exceptional standards with meticulous attention to detail and will work as part of a dedicated team ensuring the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel and guest bedrooms.  Some evening and weekend work will be required.

Food & Beverage Assistant (PT)

We are looking for exceptional people to join our Food & Beverage team, even if you have little or no experience, as long as you are ambitious, enthusiastic and have a positive can do attitude, can communicate effectively, carry out instructions and be able to pay close attention to detail to provide excellent customer service then we would love to hear from you. We believe that our people are at the heart of everything we do and we have various positions available within the catering operation including bar & restaurant team members.

Front of House Porter (PT)

Our front of house porters play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests are welcomed and assisted in every way, this role is perfect for someone with a comprehensive local knowledge and who can interact well with all types of people. The primary responsibility is to anticipate the needs of our guests, greet and assist guests to bedrooms and public areas and assist with luggage, directions or other requests. 

This position is on a casual basis with hours to suit the demands of the business with some evening and weekend work.

Spa Therapist (PT)

We are looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our established and growing Spa here at Swinton Park, you will be required to perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (aesthetic services) and remain current with the industry. If you have a positive and professional outlook, we would love to hear from you. Must perform in a safe and professional manner to clients and provide uncompromised attention to guest/member service. Must be level 3 qualified.
