Alfresco Dining

For a truly unforgettable experience, entertain your guests with an Alfresco Dining experience. We have the Deerhouse in the parkland, just a short walk or drive from the hotel, with views over the turret and surrounding countryside, or one of our moorland bothy huts, providing breathtaking views of the Yorkshire Dales.

You can choose between a picnic or a barbeque meal, with the option of the Party Package at the Deerhouse for an evening’s entertainment.

 

The prices below are the charges for the running of the event, for guidance only as costs may vary depending on your particular requirements. The menu cost and all drinks (other than water, coffee and tea) need to be charged for additionally.

Alfresco Picnic

Includes the hire of the venue, waiting staff to set up and serve the meal, a portaloo and complimentary transport for your guests.

Includes the hire of the venue, waiting staff and a chef to set up, cook and serve the meal, a portaloo and complimentary transport for your guests

This is an evening event and includes the Barbeque package with braziers, tapers and candles, a generator, a staffed bar and stereo

Music is available using our dock for an MP3 player or CD player (please feel free to bring your own choice of music with you), and it is also possible to hire in a jukebox at a charge of £250.

 

 

Please note that for groups larger than 8 there may be an additional transport charge for the less accessible Bothy Huts.
