Rates for shooting parties staying at Swinton Park that are shooting on Swinton Estate or locally on the Yorkshire Dales or Yorkshire Moors :

Early Season (12th August – 31st October)

£200 Accommodation and Breakfast (Single occupancy)
£255 Accommodation with Breakfast (Double occupancy)

Late Season (1st November – 31st December)

£140 Accommodation and Breakfast (Single occupancy)
£195 Accommodation and Breakfast (Double occupancy)

January Special (1st – 31st January)

£125 Accommodation and Breakfast (Single Occupancy)
£155 Accommodation and Breakfast (Double Occupancy)

Don’t forget that if you book eight rooms or more for a shooting party we will also include a complimentary Jeroboam of wine with dinner, served either in our restaurant or private dining room. Shooting parties staying at Swinton Park are also able to enjoy the use of our gun safe, with gun cleaning facilities and dog rugs in the boot room, and early morning express check-out. After a cold day in the field, for you or your partner, why not indulge a little with a spa treatment – or if you are wanting something a little out of the ordinary, try a Game Chef’s Table demonstration dinner served to you in the cookery school?

Thank goodness the sun has now come out and we seem to have finally put winter behind us! The Parkland has burst into bloom with clouds of blossom and a colourful carpet of daffodils and bluebells around the trees.

The Walled Garden is also getting going, with bright tulips swaying in the breeze and home grown asparagus bursting forth. Asparagus is at its most delicious when eaten closest to home, so dishes featuring home-grown asparagus are now on all our menus, including the bar and lounge. The garden furniture is out and soon it will be time for afternoon teas on the lawn and evening drinks on the terrace at sunset. English summertime at it’s best.
